Arrival/Departure Times and Travel through Jakarta

Dr. Benedict Dwijatmoko has asked us to relay the following information:

(a) If you have not yet done so, please send Dr. Dwijatmoko your arrival and departure details. This information will help him organise conference events and also pickups at Yogyakarta airport. Please write to dwijatmoko @ eltgallery.com The Subject line of your email should be: ARRIVAL AND PICKUP. Kindly advise Dr. Dwijatmoko soon.

(b) If you need to spend the night in Jakarta on the way to Yogyakarta, the organisers can make a reservation for you at the Quality Airport Hotel (US $87) inside the airport or at FM7 (IDR550,000), not inside the airport but has a shuttle service.

(c) The organisers would also be happy to arrange a flight from Jakarta to Yogyakarta, for those who need it on November 19 (and presumably other dates too). The earliest flight is at about 6am and they would pick up delegates at Yogyakarta airport.

If you need assistance with any of the above matters, please contact the organisers as quickly as possible.

AIRPORT PICKUP
Dr. Benedict Dwijatmoko, has advised that the conference will provide transportation at the airport for all participants from overseas. One of the organising team will be at Yogyakarta airport and take participants to the hotel. Please advise Dr. Dwijatmoko of your flight arrival details by email and ALSO please put the following in the Subject line of your email: ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
