This information will help him organise conference events and also pickups at Yogyakarta airport. (b) If you need to spend the night in Jakarta on the way to Yogyakarta, the organisers can make a reservation for you at the Quality Airport Hotel (US $87) inside the airport or at FM7 (IDR550,000), not inside the airport but has a shuttle service. (c) The organisers would also be happy to arrange a flight from Jakarta to Yogyakarta, for those who need it on November 19 (and presumably other dates too). The earliest flight is at about 6am and they would pick up delegates at Yogyakarta airport. If you need assistance with any of the above matters, please contact the organisers as quickly as possible.
